We take your safety seriously and have enhanced our cleanliness and hygiene measures. Rock House is a perfect destination during this pandemic. Each accommodation has just one point of entry and your space will be your own during your stay.
Rock House is professionally managed by Altido. They are vigilant in adhering to the latest government guidelines and have been using enhanced and deep cleaning strategies since the first lockdown was announcement. Here are some examples:
- All bedrooms including surfaces, light switches, doorknobs are treated with anti-bacterial spray and disinfectant
- Kitchen including appliances handles and light switches are treated with anti-material spray and disinfectant
- Bathrooms including light switches, sink, shower cabin or bathtub and toilet seats and doorknobs are treated with anti-bacterial spray and disinfectant
- Living room including surfaces, light switches and doorknobs are treated with anti-bacterial spray and disinfectant
- Rubbish bins are cleaned and disinfected inside and out
- Linens provided through a 3rd party trusted supplier are washed at professional industry washing standards at a minimum temperature of 71 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
